JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of a team technicians working on multi-disciplinary Building projects.
You will be responsible for producing work that it is carried out to the appropriate technical standard and that it is managed to programme and budget.
Completion of tasks received from Engineers and the Project CAD Manager.
Preparation of engineering drawings using BIM /Revit and AutoCAD.
Preparation of sketches & figures.
Adherence to company CAD Manual.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of Five years relevant experience in preparing design drawings and elated Architectural drawings . Familiarity with the latest AutoCAD version.
High level of knowledge of construction details and able to draw as per internal standards.
Experience with BIM and/or Revit software a plus.
Knowledge of construction document preparation including plans and details
General knowledge of current building codes
General knowledge of coordinating building engineering systemThe individual must be able to read and interpret working drawings.
Is required to be able to graphically translate verbal and visual instructions into working drawings.
Knowledge in drawing compositions using external references and other advanced AutoCAD drafting techniques, computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
Should be able to perform complex drafting assignments utilising both manual and computer aided design and drafting software; plan, sections, elevations, details, construction documents for review and approval.
Ability to work to Project Control Procedures, and adhere to the Project CAD Manual.
