We are looking for Network Support Specialist to work with us in Jeddah kindly see the below all the details according to the position:
Job Description:
• Taking all complaint calls, put each call in a register for follow up and ensuring that all complaints are addressed. All addressed complaints should be updated in the register.
• Preparing a log of the complaints received and submitting to Network Division Head on weekly basis.
• Assist Network Division Head in resolving issues in the network.
• Analysis of server and firewall logs and submission of report to Network Division head on daily basis. Taking corrective action for any issues.
• Responsible of PC deployment, OS, Office365, GUI-Sap via GUI-server and pre-requisites software deployment and ensure that Auto Update are enabled.
• LAN connectivity & Troubleshooting network devices.
• Configure and troubleshooting of network printers · Providing technical support to all users regarding email connectivity and application support.
• Monitoring the UPS in data center and re****** any faults that occur on top priority.
• Responsibility to keep running other IT equipment, such as printers and scanners.
• Troubleshooting for any IT-related problem that arises.
• Installation of network subsystems and to modify local, customized software programs/features e.g., Internet, electronic mail, and telecom features
• Resolving all issues related to connectivity, system integration, windows operating system and traffic issues.
• Monitoring of NVR, cameras and resolving any issues that arise on high priority.
• Schedule maintenance activities for assigned plant computers/printers on periodic basis.
• Maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
• Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems
• Installing new software, Installing new hardware servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.
