Front Desk Officer/Receptionist


Job Description

As a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist, you will render front desk support within the premises and will provide secretarial, clerical/administrative & sales duties to ensure effective and efficient flow of the school activities.

Basic Requirements:

Available to join immediately

Perform day-to-day operations [as follows but not limited to] and meet the employees' needs whilst conforming to the Company’s rules and regulations:

Place, receive and route a high volume of local or international calls and direct calls and respond to inquiries.

-Answer and handle all types of inquiries within your capacity.
-Update the internal/external contact lists on regular basis.
-Respond to public inquiries and relay messages as needed.
-Greet and assist visitors and screen to control interruptions.
-Welcome candidates cheerfully and inform concerned staff.
-Announce the arrival of visitors/clients and schedule of students accordingly.
-Provide back-up data as needed.
-Arrange amenities as needed.
-Arrange "callbacks" to protect boss’s time.
-Provide back-up materials for callbacks.
-Arrange the rooms for the teachers and students.
-Demonstrate extensive software skills by effectively operating all Microsoft programs such as “Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Internet research and strong communication skills.

 
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
