Job Description
Job Position: Sr. Implementation Analyst
Job location: Riyadh
Requirements:
• Prepare, design, establish and elaborate implementation processes for installation, commissioning, integration, acceptance and handover.
• Document the processes for the Rollout Implementation Support Center in accordance with QA requirements
• Review, update and adapt the processes with all Rollout divisions and related internal and external departments of the SIE project
• Processing of administrative relevant Acceptance Test items announcement of Acceptance Test to customer, etc. until the issuance of the Acceptance Certificate from customer
• Define Key Performance Indicators for R/O including the methodology of collecting , analyzing, reporting and archiving them
• Evaluate the tools for Implementation Support Center
• Set up the tools for a seamless use within the Rollout department
• Elaborate concept for operation of the tool
• Coordinate all planning activities for implementation within the rollout and
establish reporting system for team members, management and customer.
Qualifications:
• 7 + Years’ experience in related fields.
