Job Description:
The Company:
Our client is one of the world’s top consultants. We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP to work in Makkah.
Responsibilities:
Review and report on cost submissions prepared by contractor for completeness of all necessary information and supporting documents to substantiate monthly progress submission.
You will also identify and request any/all missing documents/information for interim and final agreements and percentage break down.
Additionally, you will review and supervise quantities measurement when required and prepare various reports pertaining to the project as may be required by management.
Minimum Requirements:
15+ years post qualification experience
Arabic language speaker
Fluent English language speaking & writing
Contract administration experience
Reporting and presentation skills
Team player
Excellent communications & leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Quantity Surveying
